When i log on to SL.. I get these red and blue effects everywhere..What do i change to stop this? It never used to happen..So i must of changed something.
Can anyone help?

Sounds like you've turned Show Updates on.
Advanced>Show Updates or Ctrl-Alt-Shift-U to turn them off.

I still see red things.. IE swimming dolphins they are red not blue?
