A few frustrated questions here:

1. Is spamming (shouted text) an entire sim AR'able?

2. (if violating TOS) How do I locate the green lettered spam object on my screen so I can AR it and mute it?

3. How do you find your "mute list" ?

Thanks!

1) I don't know I think spam is against TOS but uncertain you could check on police
blotter or in tos to see.
2) Communication tab on top where it shows list of who was talking possibly?
I know there is another way to track talking objects but I forgot how I am sorry.
I think its in client list section though.
If you find the name or person spamming you and bring up profile and click report I think.
3) If you can find the object or the item with your communication tab you can select mute without clicking item or click mute on object or going into profile of the person to mute.

Spam & Spam or Spam & no spam??

I was resently told i was spamming an area, becuase i created a sign that i wear on my back. It has my company logo, and has text stating "Click for note card & L.M."
I had one person tell me i was spaming their place. Because i was wearing it. But I did not message anybody, and never will. It is up to the person to decide if they want to click. (most of the time no one does) and if i am in an area I am usually spending money. I never just camp.

And if you say yes, here is another ponderance to think of. Group Tags, would that not be the same thing? you are advertising someone elses, Buisness. And one can view a persons profile and Click through to the Group.

If you go into someone's shop wearing an adboard for one of their competitors, I don't know if it would be spam, but it sure would be scummy.

You would get an immediate eject and ban if you did it in my store.

Very low tactics, very BAD for your reputation.
