Why Does LL Ask Why?!

Just logged in briefly and got a pop-up on the log-in screen called Resident Opinion Survey.
Looked nice and clean and simple: Wanted to know if my Second Life experience was getting -
Button One - Better
or
Button Two - Worse
Plus the question Why? and a box to explain in. Ooh, goody, a chance to communicate!
Clicked Worse. Went to write in the box about all the grid problems, the obstacles to communicating with LL, the public sandboxes abandoned to griefers, and
IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO WRITE ANYTHING!
After I clicked it off, it thanked me for my input. Wasn't that nice?
If LL can't even get that right....!
(Though come to think of it, I wonder if it would have let me write something if I had clicked Better. Hhmm.)

Oh, I tried to write, but nothing showed up for me. Maybe it recorded it anyway? Will have numerous repetitions of "Grid problems" and similar phrases if it did. I guess that will make the point, though...

I have had a couple of these. Interestingly, when you put in Better. Your allowed more then 28 characters to explain "Why" But..If you place your check in worse..Well now. You can put the exact same characters down to the spaces and dots..And for some reason you have gone over some hypothetical 28 character max. Rose colored glasses methinks.

I clicked better because my SL experience has slowly improved. I filled out the text box with reasons why SL is getting worse and how LL is improving. LL needs to hear the good with the bad.
