So what do you do when you see a message like this on the SL island Concerge's Live Chat facility?
"Chat with an operator online.
Sorry, no operators are currently available.
Live Help Hours:
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Someone just shoot me now, okay?

Christi Try connecting.. Typing out a long message explaining in detail what the problem is. Being told to hold. Waiting for 30 minutes (refreshing every 10 to keep from being kicked), then getting booted with that message. Not once, but twice on two separate days. *grumbles* |

I don't see the point here-it just means they're all occupied? Try again, I've had this, too.
It's like being put on hold on the phone, it doesn't mean there's no one working.

This is SL - they could have 1000 operators and they would probably all be busy almost all of the time. All you can do is keep trying and keep waiting.

So many people who are eligible for that level of support.. and they have to deal with each caller concergiously.
