How to buy adult mainland?

I see the adult continent getting fuller and busier, but never saw a parcel to sell there. How can i get a parcel of land there? (on the adult mainland)?

assuming you have a 'commercial' parcel on mature, there are steps to submit a support ticket for a swap.
once the swap is over people will be free to buy/sell land as normal.

*Buy Mature land.

*Build just about anything or nothing at all.

*Include one vendor of sex items in some far distant corner of your parcel and set it to show in search.

*Have some friends sit around and run up your traffic numbers.

*File a ticket requesting a move because you're the self proclaimed most popular sex dealer on the grid.

It is filling with the business swaps right now. You cannot buy any land there yet. And based on what I know about the number of tickets and the amount of land on Zindra, the only way you will be able to buy land is when some of the swap people sell theirs. LL has already added land once just to process tickets and as far as I can tell, unless they add a lot more, there will not be any available after the swaps are done.

And speculation is that even if there is land available, it will all be bought up by the land bots the minute it becomes available - so that it can then be resold at horridly high prices.

Isn't the land going to be offered on the auction page? Landbots don't apply there.

I think you need to hurry, there was about 2 weeks to do this in.

Is all of it going to be that way? Someone had mentioned bots at one point so I assumed that some of the land would just be sold inworld.

Think about it.

Zindra is horridly designed:
1. Laggy servers
2. Roads that are placed on Sim borders so that using them tosses you in and out of your sim.
3. Very bland looking terrain.
4. Very old style 3D on the trees.
5. Sims will be very crowded with like content - ie: 3 clubs on the same sim will be common.
6. You or your neighbors can and will rez giant flying genitals in view of everybody.

Unless you are selling adult content, being there will probably be a nightmare. If you are selling adult content, being there is still a nightmare due to the first 5 things I listed, but you don't have a choice...

I finally bought my parcel yesterday on mainland, and now that I think about it, I'm probably not going to try and get a swap to Zindra. When I start making clothing, I'll just include a panty and bra layer with all the fetish outfits...

Bot runners can't set their bots to buy in a specific area, just at a specific price. Since these plots will be going high, they won't be able to grab them. They just grab the real cheap plots and other people's mistakes.

99% sure Zindra land will be auctioned.

The plan is to auction Zindra. At one point I thought this would fetch ridiculous sums along the bay City and Nautilus lines. However looking at the current land market where flippers have no real margins and the complete balls up LL have made over the current migration this could be an epic fail.

Maybe only the double prim areas will fetch high prices. Man, it would be great if Zindra got no auction action. But some land barons will surely speculate on it. One thing's for sure in all worlds: sex sells.

So if I put a bunch of freenis on a lot and sell them for 10L each, and put the terms in search, that might qualify? or if I begin a freaky-deeky group, and rez a clubhouse?

Not that I want to, but am I understanding right? People can still put in a ticket this way?

I thought at the start they'd said people would have to have an established business/group to qualify for the Zindra swap, and they'd weed out any johnny come latelys.

As to Zindra land worth I think the continent will improve, as some sharp types will see the vacuum of 'other' goods and will offer 'regular' clothes and such to make the trip a more well rounded shopping experience. And thus hopefully get more traffic in for everyone. Because oddly I think the way the adult stuff fed money into the mainland, I think the non adult stuff will feed money into Zindra. Not everyone going there is looking for a cheap thrill.

I don't think it's commercial only. Groups that had public ads, or public lands, got in on the Zindra trade too, I think. "Clubs" and such.

While I haven't seen it, I've heard that some Zindra plots have already been put up for sale.

Doesn't necessarily mean successful commercial, or commercial that has been around for months and months. Just extreme commercial.

If you're interested in acquiring some Zindra land--for FREE I remind you. . .follow the instructions in Immy's post. Check the wiki for definitions of adult or extreme content and follow the rules. Make it look like a business--that is, searchable with adult content and maybe with a classified ad. (Tho I didn't bother to go that far.) Treat it like adult--that is, restrict access to age verified avatars. And use adult search terms.

Probably wouldn't hurt to have same explicit (preferably photo realistic) pictures around, and some "convenience" sex poseballs.

Work of perhaps an hour to a day, depending on how much stuff you have already, vs what you have to make. Worst that can happen is they deny your claim.
