I recieved a email stating my Xstreet will be using your inworld user name and password etc. I just want to confirm this is a valid email and not a attempt to gain my UN & PW. thanks.

It's valid. Everyone on XStreet should have recieved the same, from [email]noreply@lindenlab.com[/email]

Important Information About Your Xstreet SL Account

Dear Keira Wells,

As of May 11th, 2009, in order to log in to your Xstreet SL account you must use your Second Life username and password. This means that you only have to remember one set of login credentials from this point forward. For more information, read the Xstreet SL Login Change FAQs.

Starting Monday, May 11th, please follow these simple steps and your purchases will automatically appear in your Second Life inventory:

I haven't had the email and I have 3 XStreet accounts. I stopped getting emails from XStreet a while back, even though I didn't opt out, I get the feeling they opted me out themselves after I complained about the spam.

Cool, it means now we can have Xstreet accounts for each avatar at the same email address, previously to have more than one account you had to use different email addresses.

I got that email too for both of my xstreet accounts. Also, thanks for the link Brenda.

Slightly OT - business owners might be interested to know that Meta Linden started a thread on the xstreet forums about how business owners use their transaction history/data both from the SL site and the xstreet site. He is looking for feedback about enhanced features that people might like (ex: 3 month transaction history and the ability to register to have them automatically emailed to you). I don't usually read over there, but he posted on Twitter about starting the thread, so I caught it. Thought anyone who reads here and not there might be interested.
