hey all,
I have 2 friends who just recently (sunday) started to crash whenever they IM one another.
the symptoms are a freeze and crash to desktop. it only happens with these 2 av's.. when they use alts theere is no problem at all. its my understanding that 1 person crashes while the other is fine.
Sl has been reinstalled and cache cleared a dozen times, and the alts being alble to IM fine suggests its not hardware.
Any ideas?

Among other things they should file a jira report and file support tickets.
That problem is a new one on me.
What viewers are they using?

they are using the standard release as far as i know, and one of them is on a free account, so she doesn't have full access to the ticketing system. would another paying member be able to place a ticket on her behalf, if he was the one that was crashing?
