Referred a friend

Hello all. I recently referred a friend to sl. I went through the referal portion of the site to get the L$2000 that is offered. My friend bought a premium membership but I haven't gotten my money. Do I need to do anything else? Any ideas?

I don't think you get the referral fee until after they have been billed after their first 30 days as premium. Sometimes, it takes longer than that.

¹Referees must be billed successfully for two billing cycles in order for the referrer to receive credit. Referral credits are then given according to the following schedule:

1. L$500 at the beginning of the referree's second billing cycle, approximately 31-35 days after they upgrade.
2. L$500 one month after the first credt.
3. L$1000 one month after the second credit.

I'm curious now, if they chose annual billing, does that mean you have to wait two years?

I would assume a yearly membership would automatically generate the refferal bonus and monthly like mentioned would require the 2 month period. I know I keep getting paid for some I've brought in and its always a pleasant suprise .
