Lately, my chat window for groups is popping up minus the first sentence or 2. So basically I'm added to group chat mid convo and I have no idea what they are talking about. Is anyone else having this issue? It's starting to bug me.

I've noticed that "busy" tends to do bad things to group chats as well -- I hit "not busy" and the conversation starts back up somewhere in the middle . . .

I saw one yesterday that seemed to start in mid conversation, then the first comments showed up about 3 or 4 minutes into the discussion.

I've had this pretty much consistently for a few weeks and it makes group-chat all but useless. Reading conversations in reverse was only amusing the first half dozen times . Another annoying side-effect seems to be that you can close the group chat window, but group chat will just keep on coming through and clutter up main chat.

It's especially crazy when all You start out seeing is people yelling about what the person who started the im said, and have no idea why they are all going apeshit.

So annoying!

Not just me then - makes me want to leave groups, inane banter in serious groups is bad enough but when it makes zero sense because it pops up midway through a conversation it's very frustrating... come on LL - fix it!!!

Oh I don't know, it's kind of fun imagining what would have caused, "Don't tell me that! I'm a person too you know!".

How do I tell her about my feelings? Dragon Keen: Have you tried rebooting after resetting your cache?

From: Beezle Warburton Likewise. I've noticed that "busy" tends to do bad things to group chats as well -- I hit "not busy" and the conversation starts back up somewhere in the middle . . . Busy specifically disables receiving group IMs. I occasionally use it for that purpose when being spammed by some worthless group troll argument.

You made a typo there, I think it read... Sarah Nerd: Hi guys, I think Raymond is the sweetest, Most compassionate, hottest avatar on the planet. How do I tell her about my feelings? Dragon Keen: Have you tried rebooting after resetting your cache? Random Avatar PAMMERS! Group chat is not for this!

From: Sarah Nerd Sarah Nerd: Hi guys, I think Raymond is the sweetest, Most compassionate, hottest avatar on the planet. How do I tell her about my feelings? Way off topic, but my eyes are getting much worse as I age, they make the avatars so small here, and now I'm finding myself peering over Raymond's av trying to figure if Raymond is a "he" or "she" ... Not that it matters when they have the hottest avatar on the planet =oP Carry on.

Not that it matters when they have the hottest avatar on the planet =oP Carry on. Raymond is all man (and 10% hamster). Sarah is a true goddess, but she is also the queen of typos.

I didn't choose them. Although now that I think about it when I was in high school I should of took typing and used the computers for more than playing Oregon Trail.
