hiya guys : )) ive recently had all my pc done eg.. upgraded ..stripped and and had a full system reinstall done.. pc is running better then ever and SL looks totally awsome.. only prob is now i dont see the fonts in sl as in the little love hearts,little ticked happy,taken boxes basicly all the fonts in gestures all im seeing is a little black square in place of the font..ive checked all settings in chat and prefences and carnt find anything: )) any help on this would be gratefull ..thanx guys xxx

Same happened to me on my new laptop. After I reinstalled the East Asian font support because I wasn't getting hiragana or katakana either, this gave me the dingbats back too. Control Panel, Regional and Language Options, Languages tab, check "Install files for East Asian languages"
