I am looking into buying a private region/island from someone and am getting conflicting information. As part of transaction, I want to move the island and rename it. I have been told that this moving and renaming is covered under the $100 transfer fee if done at the time of transfer. Someone else tells me that no, it is an additional $100 to move it, and $50 to rename it, even if done at the time of transfer.
Can someone who knows from first hand experience please confirm which of these is true? Thanks!

Can someone who knows from first hand experience please confirm which of these is true? Thanks! Daniel (above) is right - the move and transfer is covered by $100 when a region is transferred. The other fee is for when someone owns a region and wants a move and/or rename (and they are keeping the region). PLEASE NOTE: The seller should ordinarily pay the transfer fee - so don't let that form part of the negotiation - you are the buyer, and there are always plenty of sims for sale. |
