I know under the old system, you could click Live Help on the menu to get someone. But now, the only option is to file abuse reports and support tickets, right? We have not just the flying Marios, but also Bill Cosbys, Sponge Bobs, and what appears to be an albino midget doing unmentionable things (in a PG forum) to a large man, among other things.
OH goodie, the sim just went down. Poor Gemmed.
Ah, nevermind. I'm just gonna go do some real life stuff now. But it would be nice to know the answer, if anyone has had success with getting hold of a Linden to clean this stuff up.

That's a member of the PN aka "Patroitic Nigras". They have started back w/ thier attempts to crash the main Grid, but even though they practice regularly on BETA now...they're still pretty feeble.
Right-Click on one of the objects, Abuse Report the owner. Hopefully a Linden will be able to help. As far as getting the midget banned...the PN has a new version of "Shooped-Life", thier own version of the client...which masks thier computer info from Linden Labs, so good luck with that. _____________________

If you're a premium or concierge level resident you can try the live chat help in the support section although 9 times out of 10 you'll get fobbed off with a 'we can't (read: won't) help you here so file an AR report' response [aka the standard Linden Lab FOAD reply]. Sorry, but it really is that bad and it won't get any better in the forseeable future until a decent competitor comes along to jolt the Linden Lab management out of it's terminally complacent torpor. _____________________

Everytime I have contacted concierge support I have recieved prompt, courteous attention. And yes for what I pay I would expect some immediate cleanup of the griefer garbage. It would be more difficult for these guys to do this if parcel owners would set their land permissions to prevent it. I have no clue why they are so against it. |

Errrr- when the PN was blitzing me with spam IMs the other night - I contacted LL live chat and they helped me right away. My guess is that LL staff are fighting juvenile grid attacks like this quite frequently, but mostly we know nothing about it. _____________________

There's live chat help in the support section??? I'm premium and I've never seen it. I'm not concierge level though. The good news is, they responded to my 2 AR's and support ticket very quickly, so perhaps there's hope. Though I love the mainland, it is really a pain when the neighbors leave their land rights open as a free for all. Since this particular griefer account is gone now and I think that makes it okay to name names, I will say RIP, Pissed Lebed. _____________________

Best just to TP out and let them get bored, turn particles right down or off, don't try to go within shout distance or your viewer gets locked up by spam, cam over to them or use radar to get their name.
These idiots the Pinkin Noops are one reason I want to have the Freeze power extended from 30 seconds to 5 minutes. Ruins their fun for 5 whole minutes and gives you time to AR them, negotiate or whatever you like, please Vote for it.
