If you've moved in the last few years, try an older address. Several people that it was failing for have passed when entering an address that was 2 to 4 years old. Seems Integrity's data is somewhat dated.

I got mine verified by hand within two hours because nothing would work (with a name and address I've had for 35 years). I attached a scan of my id card with the support ticket.

Nothing works for me either, I expected it. Expats usually have this problem. My country and my documents do not match. They're expecting German numbers, and I don't have German ID numbers as I am a noncitizen.

Oh, I'm German AND have German numbers, and lived in the same place for 7 years. No luck.
I've tried the ticket route now.

I've tried the ticket route now. agh! yeah same here, I have lived in the same place since 2000! Other than the fact I'm not German, my numbers should very well work! But I see in the form there is no where to state your actual nationality, that's where they often went wrong for me, checking the wrong database. Back in the old Über 18 days, my Irish pass worked, no probs.
