Suggestion for supporting DMCA claims

I had an idea, thought I would run it past you. My suggestion is that the Seller's guild set up a number of avatars, to act as libraries of evidence of someone's creations. This wouldn't work retrospectively, but for any item created from now on.

There could be a Primcreation Avatar, Scriptcreation Avatar, a Texturecreation Avatar. We could create a system to provide a paper trail -- my scripting partner suggests drop boxes which send a confirmation which would be dated and timed. The creators drop their creation on the right box, and are immediately provided with a paper proof of their creation, and a copy of that creation would be available stored in the Avatar.

This would hopefully come in useful should anyone need to prove the date of their creation, and uses SL as the main means of keeping track.

It would require someone to be responsible for the accounts, and scripting for the boxes.
