The buy land option is still not work. Per Dan Linden it will be enabled tomorrow. Will update as soon as it is possible. But one piece of land has been setup at Balance <109, 206, 26> with the options "Create Objects", "Object Entry" and "Run Scripts" turned off. Please bug report if you can do any of them here. I'll get back with the "Object Entry" hegiht limit ASAP.

I tested A object up to 768m and it did not let me move it to the test land. If you setting in a car and or object it will let you in at all hegihts. and if you get off the car and or object on the no entry land it will let you move the object on that land and edit to.

You can still drive/fly a vehicle through the land even at ground level. If you stop and get out, then the scripts are disabled. I am thinking that this SHOULD be correct behaviour.
You can not push or roll a physical object onto the land.
EDIT: you can sit on an object and move onto land/ stand up and leave the object there. You can not drop a worn item onto the land.
You can not rez an object onto the land from an adjoining lot.
If you are in the group and have "Create Objects" group not selected you can still create an object(BUG!!!). EDIT 11/15/06 Beast Linden showed me that this was not a bug. My group abilities were set to allow me to always create objects on the land. So by my record all of the new land permission abilities work correctly

Scripting, object entry, object creation limitations go up to infinity.
A radar attachment still works but an attached weapon will not work on the land.
A weapon can shoot across the land. The projectile disappears when it enters land and reappears on other side with no loss in accuracy. You can shoot someone in other side.
Wings and some other attachments will not work on the land. Don't know full limitations yet since I am a member of the group and Object creation still works. will have to wait till tomorrow to see on that.
