Basiclaly asked in bug report for a linden to take a look at it. Built a pyramid on my lot in Bethel 152,105,26. Textured main structure with white marble. As you walk or rotate camera around you see different faces of the blocks including inside faces. It is like outside faces go alpha at certain angles. hmmm Still can not describe better but this is a BAD problem

A more striking example of this "alpha" effect is to stand on the top floor. There is a twisted blue tube on the floor there. You can only see 1/2 but if you stand in the middle and turn around then different quarters pop in and out of view. Beside the pyramid is the exact same twisted tube and is shows as a full circle.

Sounds like you're using an "alpha" texture. A lot of textures in the world, even if they're apparently opaque, were uploaded as 32-bit instead of 24-bit textures. The unused alpha channel means that they still get treated as alpha and are subject to the z-buffering bug.
If yuo can, re-upload the textures as 24-bit TGAs or as BMPs.

The white marble is just the standard white marble no alpha at all in it. THe bue moon does have alpha but I use it in main grid with no problems

Your standard white marble is an Alpha texture. Select one of the side and hit Shift-Ctrl-Alt-T or "Select Texture Info" in Client>>Rnedering.
So with this being and Alpha texture you will have this problem. By any change did you set the all the object faces to a small value on the Transparency?

ahhh cool tip on the texture info.
But no I did not set to any transpareciy. I am scripting something right now but later I will go back and dbl check. Then I will try both textures on main grid to make dbl, dbl sure. Know for fact have not had problems with the moon blue texture which is an alpha. It gives nice effects on twisted prims.
