I finally got the Voice bit working.
Firewalls closed and everything - the only thing needed was to run SLVoice.exe in compatibility mode for Windows XP (Service Pack 2). Like in the guide in: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/using-windows-vista-compatibility-mode/ I hope this'll help out a few people. |

now are you useing vista 32 bit or vista 64 bit ?

wierd, i have 32 bit vista and i had no problems at all with voice in SL

I've been running voice stuff on Vista for months now, since it first came out on the beta grid, both 32bit and x64, and have never had any problems. I also haven't used the regular viewer since the firstlook voice viewer came out, and I don't use XP on any computer.
