Bad performance so far.

I went to Pixeldolls. I had to use two teleports because the first one failed.
I saw one of the "cutouts" for an outfit that I liked and realized I had bought it already. It had the word Cherry in its name, so I typed Cherry in as a search term in my inventory and the folder appeared. I right clicked the folder name and selected replace outfit.
A Ventrex vendor appeared attached to my avatar and asked me for permission to take money from me.
There is no way I could have selected a folder with a Ventrex vendor in it to attach because the search term Cherry was limiting the items displayed in the inventory.
I detached the vendor and tried again to replace my current outfit with the Cherry Cardigan folder. It wouldn't let me because an attachment was pending.
A few minutes later SL crashed.
After restarting I fiddle again with the inventory. I put in Ventrex as the search term, put the cursor on the Ventrex folder, delete the Ventrex search term, and the inventory scrolls off to some random spot, moving the cursor from the Ventrex folder.
The way the inventory interface works is stupid and aggravating enough when it works like it is designed too. When it can't even do that it's just intolerable.
Well, alright, I admit, my last statement was deliberately understated. The way the inventory is designed to work is MUCH MUCH worse than that just stupid and aggravating enough when it is working like it is supposed to.

In the event my incorrect guess in the intial post caused anyone any confusion I am reporting that the blog says "Just to be clear: there is no update scheduled for Wednesday, February 28th, just downtime for maintenance."
So far, at least, what's happened in Aditi stays in Aditi.

That's a lot of bug-fixes, hopefully with way more to come. But I'm curious, how many of these are because of open-sourcing? There appears no credit due if they are open-source fixes, or has Linden development finally got some grunts working more on bugs at last?

Did anyone crash using the beta? I was walking around doing things and it would crash with a runtime error. Just wanted to see if it was happening ..to others
Thanks
