I noticed that wiki did not mention the 1.12 release notes yet.

To help, I've reproduced the release notes from 1.12 and 1.11 here (direct from the installer apps) for easy reference:

Anyone who wants me to update it as the subrev increases should PM me, since I'm rather inactive at the moment. I merely poked my head into 1.12 to see how things would be setup.

Admittedly, I like what I saw. A lot.
