Like my previous post I apologize if this should be a bug report, just figure others may have comments on my ineptitude.

First and foremost Group options don't seem to "take" while in-world. You are required to log off the grid and back on to see the effects.

Example: Setting your tier contribution doesn't set it in the member list under the tier contribution column. Other group members must do thesame to see the change.

Another example: I was added as a member to the group with no power to deed objects. Deeding objects also seemed to mean I couldn't deed land. The owner upgraded me to an "owner" which un-shosted the "Deed" button but even after acknowledging the dialog it would not deed. I had to logoff and back on get deed to work.

Leaving a group leaves the group in your Group dialog until you close it. Even after closing it your group title is still there even though "none" is now the activated group. You must switch groups and back to none.

A side note that could be a feature: accepting a group invite no longer auto-activates that group.

I also volunteer my personal tier for a group to get a private island under 1.12 to test the new estate functions including "selling" parcels and covenants. Let me know if this is possible.

I have been working with several people to test all the 1.12 features (that I know about), a lot of stuff that's great, and am happy to help work out any kinks.

Thanx Clubside--some of these I've noted myself. The help is very much appreciated!

Yes, absolutely, without question, please send each separate issue as a bug report via the familiar Help menu > Report Bug. All the usual goodness a la Bug Reporting 101. If they're just talked about on the forums, they'll just get lost for the most part--there's no efficient way here to track and cross-reference issues. Thanx again in advance!
