Should the covenant show up in the land sale tab?

When you set private estate land for sale, perhaps the covenant should be available in the land sale tab in search.

Just an idea.

Also, as an addendum, only estate owners should be able to change covenants. The covenants are like contracts with the owner, and it seems odd that a manager can edit that.
