Linden Lab is pleased to announce our newest Second Life customer support service – the Second Life Concierge.
When staying at a hotel, the Concierge is there to assist in any way possible – from an extra towel to a ticket to a sold-out Broadway play. The Concierge has mastered the in's and out's of the city and knows how to get things done. The Second Life Concierge will offer large project developers (those working with a half-region or more) the same access to the resources of Linden Lab.
Developers working on larger projects in Second Life face unique challenges that may require assistance. Recognizing this, Linden Lab has added additional support staff --the Concierge program will not diminish the Support resources devoted the community at large-- to bring the Concierge Service into being. The Concierge Service team will help those who are managing large projects by providing technical support, facilitating billing issues, offering sage advice, or even facilitating the hiring of an in-world scripter or texture artist.
The Second Life Concierge is a dedicated service available to Second Life developers with holdings greater than half a region in Second Life land. Eligible Residents will be receiving an email with further information on how to take advantage of this new service. Please note that only eligible Residents will receive support via these channels.
