If you find that you are enjoying Second Life way too much, you can do the following to compensate:
1. Go to Preferences Audio & Video and set your Doppler setting all the way to the right.
2. Find one of the Batman cubes that makes the Ohhhh sound continuously. A whole bunch would be even better.
3. Fly back and forth toward and away from the Batman sound maker.
The exagerated Doppler effect will make the Oooh moaning rise and fall in pitch and tempo.
Your sure to hate it. It's almost as bad as the giant sun.
You can make this even more annoying by setting your rollof and distance settings toward the left so you can hear sounds from far away and they stay pretty loud throughout the range of audibility.

If you've never turned the doppler all the way up in Preferences / Audio & Video then you might want to give it a try, it's funny sounding.
I've had it turned up for over a week now.
