I fired up Winamp and there wasn't anything showing in the Shoutcast Radio window, just a blank white area.

So I checked to make sure I had some old install files around and uninstalled it.

Then I downloaded the latest version and installed that. It did have the Shoutcast Radio station list showing where it should be.

They'd added some big useless buttons in the Shoutcast Radio station list with "Tune In" on them that I hadn't noticed before, and weren't showing the bitrate for the stations, which seemed stupid, so I uninstalled that.

I reinstalled an older version , 5.24, which I think is what I had been running to start with, and once again, nothing in the shoutcast radio window, just an empty white window.

Am I having a technical problem on this end, or is Winamp forcing an upgrade, or what?
