For anyone interested in starting a group forum, when you do, you will probably receive a set of guidelines like the one below.

Group Forum Moderator Guidelines

As a moderator, you'll be responsible to maintain your forum. While
Linden Lab values freedom of expression and allows a great deal of
latitude in the use of the Second Life Forums, there are certain kinds
of discussions that are inappropriate in this venue and that diminish
the community by their presence. The following types of threads and
posts should be removed immediately when encountered in the Second Life
Forums:

• Personal attacks on the character or reputation of another Second Life
Resident
• Accusing a specific Resident or Residents of Second Life Community
Standards and Terms of Service violations or real-world crimes
• Inviting or encouraging other Residents to target a specific Resident
or Residents in a manner objectionable to the targeted Resident
• Inviting or encouraging other Residents to violate Second Life
Community Standards and Terms of Service or real-world laws
• Revealing personal or real-world information about a Resident beyond
that contained in the Resident's First Life Profile
• Using hateful or derogatory language to describe a specific Resident
or Residents.
• Linking to third-party content that violates the Second Life Community
Standards and Terms of Service

If we see a problem we will ask you to edit your forum. Should your
forum consistently fail to meet Second Life's Community and Forums
Standards, your group's forum may be closed.

PLEASE tell me how I set up a group at forum... I have totaly missed that thing....

Group Forums
To request a Group Forum, first make sure your SL Group has at least 20 members, then send an email to [email]groups@secondlife.com[/email] with your SL name, group name and the name of 2 group members who will be moderating the group forum. Please note, Group Forums which go unused may be deleted.

Could it be her little stand against the ResMod program? Or maybe that she does want people to post, but only those that suck up to her?

Posts that violate the Community Standards, Forum Guidelines, or TOS will be deleted after filing Bad Post reports.

I make no stand against the ResMod program. I support the ResMod program.

The are modes of interaction in between and outside of "sucking up" and "personal attacks" and "contention just for the joy of arguing ".

Having a polite conversation is one example of such a mode of interaction

I will be forwarding your original reply, before you edited it, to the forum moderators. It was a nasty, personal attack on a forum that you know you control. That is an abuse of moderation power. I can only presume that you made the post, knowing that some have email notifications, whilst trying to hide your nast to the general populous. It worked.

I have sent the invitation, Seagel. Nice to have you in the group.

There had to an inworld group to get the group forum created, a group with at twenty members.

The inworld group could dissolve and the group forum continure. Continued forum existence is based on use, not inworld group membership.
