I need to follow a contestant as they participate in a contest that involves them going all over a sim. I am using FRAPs to capture and would like to be able to follow their every move. Is there an easy way to do this? I was thinking of creating an orb...attaching myself to it and have it follow them... I have to believe there is an easier way. Pls advise. thx

If you turn off camera constraints and [alt]+click on the person... Your camera will follow them anywhere. (^_^)

That's why you need to kill the camera constraints. Hit [ctrl]+[alt]+D to bring up the "Client Server" debug menus. They show up just after the "Help" menu up top. In the "Client" menu, there is an option called something like "Disable Camera Constraints". (^_^)
With that option, a nice fast computer, and low lag; you can cam-fu for region after region without too many problems. (@_@) And, as long as you're holding down [alt], you can drag the mouse around for horizontal scanning and zoom. If you're still holding it and add [ctrl] now you can fully pan both vertical and horizontal. There is much evil to be had when practicing cam-fu. (=_=) ... (^_^)y _____________________

thanks for the advice. I had cam constraints disabled and it did allow me to zoom all the way out and track the avatar. But it was spotty. Sometimes I couldn't zoom all the way in..while other times I couldn't. Not sure why. Not sure it was lag as I was doing it on a private island with only 1 avi.....but its a great improvement! I will keep playing with it. thanks!
