What is the best way to stream media into SL

The problem im having at the moment is finding a server to host my media
Does anyone know of any good FREE servers that i can upload to ?
Is it possible to stream live from my PC (use it as a server) if so how ??
Help would be much appreciated

You can upload quicktime format to blip.tv and link directly to it from SL.
