How to hide SL UI interface in captured video ?

Hello,

How can i do to hide all SL UI interface in captured video ?
I tried the ( CTRL+Shift+1 ) keys . But it doesn't work. These keys are now used for another purpose.

Is it possible to hide all SL UI inteface in the resulting captured video , but to see it on my screen when i am doing the capture and moving the avatar ?

the key combo is CTRL+ALT+1

Oh and be sure debug is open first control alt d that menu has to be on right? And then control alt 1.
