Blip TV is getting better everyday. It's really becoming a player in the world of online videos. I have a few vids at google and youtube...and I think both services are fine...but Blip TV is starting to be my first choice. If nothing else, the user interface is clean. Zen. Get an account and try uploading some test vids...: http://blip.tvHere's a link to what I've uploaded so far (mostly tests): http://taolodge.blip.tv- Infrared

I agree - Blip.TV Rocks!
They have the most professional looking player, they let you access your uploaded files directly, will host multiple formats, and they'll let you show ads with your videos and share the profits. They'll even submit your videos to many other services like Meebo, Yahoo video, Splashcast, Pando, the Internet Archive and AOL Videos. You can also create an iTunes friendly RSS feed.

You can also upload quicktime versions of your video and actually view the movie in world and allow blip,tv to pickup hosting and bandwidth
