It seems like every time I make an animation, the results seems to be in fast forward. In other words, I make a short film, save it in any number of CODEC modes, and the result skips and seems to be moving faster than I recorded it. Any ideas what am I doing wrong?

I use to repair the playback speed with AVIFrate, a free framerate changer. Just reduce the framerate from 15 to 14 or 13.
