Seems to have something to do with the size of the parts. Same proportions but smaller flys apart. Only giant chain works. http://youtube.com/watch?v=tbP5y9lRDZs copy paste that into a browser I'll fix that link someday if they ever bother to make links in this forum work again.

Awesome! How did you do this? Is the Joints feature working on the Beta Grid?

The way the chain moves is very convincing, especially when the end sort of whips and snaps around.

No joints I don't think we got those back. I just made 2 kinds of links one with tubes one with rods and interlinked them

I've noticed small objects don't work well either... fill a bowl of small balls and they'll all fall out the bottom periodically

Oh! I get it. I would not have thought of setting it up that way, very clever. I'm gonna have to go try it now to make sure I understand it correctly. :p

I've noticed that the complex interactions are working better with larger objects as well, although simple interactions with small objects seem to be accurate.
