Recording SL Voice and Video

I am working on school project, and I urgently need to record voice and video. I want to interview avatars....I Currently use ISHOWU and it only records the ambient noise, not actual Voice. I saw Metaverse' tutorial on how to record voice on a mac but i can't get that to work. Does anybody have any suggestions.

It is very important that I figure this out ASAP, so any help you guys could offer I would greatly appreciate!

Do you mean to record ingame voice direct from the client?

You could try using a programme that perhaps comes with your soundboard that 'captures/records' from selected devices, perhaps using the Stereo Mix setting to capture both line out and microphone together. Although that can be a bit hit and miss.

Might try this link http://www.avs4you.com/ they have a prolifercation of software available for lots of different things including sound capture. Hope that helps.

Unfortunately, I am on a Mac...so that software is not compatible. But thank you anyway, and yes I am trying to record in game voice.

The hard way would be for both parties to record their own voices from their perspective microphones and send them to you, so you can blend them.

I hope some Mac users respond. Sorry I missed the bit about you being on a Mac.
