How can you stream live video into SL?

...yep, I know you can rent a streaming server, but let's see if there is a free way to do it first.

What I want to do is capture something on my desktop and stream it live into SL.

You can stream live from your webcam or desktop to justin.tv and the likes, and they are free hosts, but they stream in flv format. SL needs mp4 or mov format

I though I hit the answer with veodia but they no longer offer the service, drat! I should have read to the very bottom of this blog post to see the "update" doh!
