I think there is something there to handle it. 2. Think of it like back-scratching. find a friend to capture the video of you. 3. Use an avitar with copy rights. Give your av to a friend and vid the friend. |

You might want to look for Bijocam. I haven't used it, but its supposed to let you film yourself. Filming Path can track *other* avatars if they wear the mobile target attachment, but it won't let you film yourself, because you *are* the camera with FP.

I have used the BijoCam and it would work well to film yourself. You can set up several camera angles and switch between them easily, too. Great tool.
You could also try rolling your own with the LSL camera control commands. http://lslwiki.net/lslwiki/wakka.php?wakka=llSetCameraParams Or look for the Machinima Starter Kit from Alt-Zoom, which is a free collection of filming tools. There might be something in there that you could use. |

If you're not into gadgetry I find having three avatars logged on at two computers and running backwards and forwards between the two like a mad fool to work quite well.
Of course, you didn't mention whether you wanted to keep your sanity intact or not... |

I agree with Erin. That's what I do. I have a desktop and a laptop. I use my Alt to film me and vice versa. That way you can keep it all in the family sort of speaking and have control over all filming...or find a good friend.
