Is there anyway that fraps can record my voice as well as the voice of others?
TIA

yes, when you are talking in sl over voice and filming with fraps it will record your voice as well, just make sure you have the record sound box checked in your fraps window.. You can alos recored your voice and voice of others in Audacity, its a free programm, and then have th ability to edit and slice it to fit your film best. But its easy, open fraps, in Movies, check box that says recored sound, minimize fraps window, open second life, film and talk at the same time, and walla, you have film and recorded your voice and voice of others...one catch, you need to be in a voice conversation with someone to have voice..but while filming it will record all sounds, even your voice.. From: Sayden Westland yes, when you are talking in sl over voice and filming with fraps it will record your voice as well I don't think so. If you set Fraps to use Stereo Mix and you have voice on, it will record all the other voices, but not your own. If you set Fraps to use Microphone, then it will record your voice, but none of the sounds in SL. There's probably some way to do it, but I've never heard anyone mention how to. - Infrared

Only fool proof way is to use a skype conference.. using stereo mix, it records what you hear and what you say... use a mono setting, otherwise you may get echoing from your headphones.

dont know, Im sorry, if its your mic or not, it could also be the settings in the client that enable voice to be recorded over the UI, but my knowledge has there an end. I can record voice over fraps, Im sorry I cant help you further Good luck though.
