Glitches Capturing With SnapZPro

There isn't much information about video capture in SL using SnapZPro. I'm curious to hear from other SnapZ users. I have been capturing with SnapZPro and getting a strange artifacting/glitch/choppiness issue. I am using the animation codec (best quality, best depth). It doesn't matter what I set the FPS at- it chops up the avatars and multiplies their body parts!

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi, I have a Mac and have used Snapz Pro with SL before, and after a while managed to get reasonable results - but it is unfortunately nothing like FRAPS on a PC - so don't expect wonders. In then end I tend to use the built in capture feature now.

The problem you are having looks a lot like a key frame issue to me?

A frined of mine uses a Mac, tried SnapZ. Got eratic results. Quit. Shifted to iShowU. Is now happy with capture. Still does not have a good editor like Win Movie Maker.

Hello, I have an Intel Mac (MacBook Pro)—I have used SnapzPro, no Glliches as you discribed. Screen Mimic is a TRUE Universal Binary app. unlike SnapzPro. Also - OMG, you can save the data for later as an archive, for later processing. I love this app. Has great workflow potential.

yeah, Screen Mimic seems to work fine but it looks like polarian.com is just a spam site now, I had to d/l from download.com btw so not sure if I will buy this, but the demo seems to be good
