In the latest rolling server update that LL did to fix the broken warppos, now has disabled llLookAt(). This effectively means that the chair in the FP machinima tool is now broken and will not track targets.
This should only be temporary, until they provide yet another fix. However many days llLookAt() is broken remains to be seen.

Not quite true, Geuis. I was working with Filming Path last night. The problem is is that now when you click the target (green pyramid), the chair will not immediately point to the pyramid, but if you click the chair it will right itself on the first point and then proceeds normally down the track pointing at the target.
Same if seated.
So it still works for me.
Has llLookAt() been reported?

yeah it has been reported, I dont personally know what they're doing about it. You're right, the camera itself still works fine.
If this isn't going to be fixed by LL then Nand Nerd and I will release an updated fix to all of our customers.

I believe they are ermm fixing a previous ermm fix lol... Fix one bug, release 3 more.. its more like mutating virus's. Pity the don't use the forums to poll those ppls that have used certain legitimate functions BEFORE they either remove them or 'bug fix', at least it will give you guys the heads up to be prepared. Hope you get it fixed, it's a great product.

yeah but you know how sottware dev works. You can test a new code all to hell, and it will still break. Second Life is an extremely complex pot of code, so problems will be found.
Also remember, think about the number of bug fixes they normally do that no one even notices. The number of things they do right far exceeds the ones that they miss. I don't fault them one bit.

ok after initial testing, it seems that targeting is working normally, though the instant reset is still iffy. If you hit the red pole to reset to start, it will only go about 10m. Be prepared to sit on it and let it move to the starting position, then commence filming
