I use windows movie maker to make some movies that I want to play on my parcel in SL and I can't seem to find a good converter. I've gotten the converted files to play in SL but the sound lags way behind the picture.
Does anyone know of a good (and easy to use) program to convert wmv to second life formats successfully?

i convert to .3gp for my SL videos, its smaller file size less load on my server.

Which settings do you use? I just tried "QVGA Normal Quality 15fps Mono" and the sound is still out of sync in SL.

oh if your having sync problems convert to mpeg4 first with videora
http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod/ then convert to .3gp or leave as mpeg4 if ya can spare the bandwidth -LW _____________________
