That was perhaps the best piece of machinima ever produced in Second Life. The sound is spectacular. The visuals are pristine and the editing is done extremely well. Everything supports the central story as it moves forward. Even the end credits had my rapt attention to the final frame.
Dimitrio, this is a fine piece of art. A very, very fine piece. I hope you continue to produce new work, because I think you are already leaps and bounds above many of us that have been involved in machinima for a while in Second Life.
Bravo.

To say it's impressive is a understatement. The clever use of shadows in the textures, lifts SL's environment to a higher plane. There are many talents artists that are exploring and pushing the boundaries of this platform, giving it the merit and future credence it deserves.
The careful blend of music, panning and flycam is some of the best I've seen for this genre, credit is also due to all the cast and those supporting the making of this movie. Well done to you all.

Really nice work and points out that we don't have to fly around like maniacs from cut to cut to do a story.

I watched all three of these new release mahinimas back to back and it was fascinating. My comments are those of pure audience - I'm more ignorant than you can imagine about machinima. Moonlit is stunningly beautiful. The mastery of slow pan, shadow work, and particularly audio is amazing even to an uneducated viewer. The overall effect is noir, and if Tim Burton ever knocks around SL between projects he should talk to you guys I didn't see much storytelling here - it gracefully unfolded to me more as a set of still life scenes meant, in tribute, to evoke emotions that we all have when loved ones pass. It does so very powerfully.
