importing video to sl

ok i have a skydive video, about 90 sec long, how would I import it and play it in SL. It is on a dvd. What format ect. thanks

convert the video to a type quicktime plays ( i like .3gp small file size)
then up load it to a webpage server or ftp, then just put a link to it on
your land media tab and select a texture it will show on (your tshirt if ya want even )
and make sure you havw QT installed and set prefs in SL to play videos.
then just hit play at bottom of screen :)
