We realize it’s not much notice, but it’s just a minute that we are talking about. The Winchester Cultural Council and WinCam announce and make this call for entries in a festival celebrating short visual presentations. These one-minute productions can be made using any format but must be just one minute in length.
There will be prizes in all divisions: professional, non-professional, film student and young filmmaker. The young filmmaker divisions will be broken down thusly: 10 and under, 15 and under and 18 and under. Productions may be entered in one of five categories: minute features, animation, documentary, new media and experimental.
Entries will be accepted in DVD or VHS format and any must be received along with the six-dollar entry fee by 6PM on August 1st.
