Coming soon, a constantly updated set of prefab buildings designed to recreate the environment of a medium-sized American downtown. Great for standalone living or for designing an entire block, the Downtowner collection features brick and concrete style historical buildings. Generally speaking, these buildings were traditionally designed to have businesses in the first floor, and living quarters on all floors above. They tended to be built directly next to one another, hence the lack of windows on the side.
They look great standalone, or bunched together to form a community, your choice.
