*shrug* Linden Lab could sell or give away your content and still be within the terms of the ToS. This kind of thing is fairly 'normal' and widespread in terms of small print. It's if they actually DO it that it becomes a problem.

I recommend Blip.tv as a great free hosting site. They won't sell your work. They let you upload a quicktime video and will create a flash version without getting rid of the quicktime version so it'll still play in SL. Also you can select a creative commons license for your work if you want. Also you can embed your video anywhere you want without their branding all over your video.
