Finding appropriate parcel to make machinima

Hi dear machinimatographers!

I'm having a difficult time dealing with the real estate situation in SL. Can someone point me to a place I can rent that allows terrain transformation and experimenting with scripts...

I tried google and search in world, but most of them are for sale and have a long list of covenant. Also this is an academic project, but too bad Linden gives only supports to island owners.

I only need something about this big...
2048 m2 (468 prims) - 4096 m2 (937 prims)

LL has some rental sims with terraforming allowed. I think Palladium is one.

Not sure if Alt-Zoom allows terraforming on Lukanida - you could ask BuhBuhCuh.

Advertising for a rental w/ terraform rights might help (in Classifieds and Forum Classifieds).
