Hosting/HTTP software...

Ok, I have a movie converter, I have a few SL vids that I put in MOV format... however, currently I'm using Apache HTTP server, on a Roadrunner connection (Transfering a 30 meg file shouldn't be a problem..) And those viewing it with me seem to get a freeze at the exact same time, about 10 seconds or so into the film, then it can last anywhere from 10 seconds, to 5 minutes; again even on a connection like roadrunner, it should never take that long to transfer a 30 meg file to them.. is there any other decent file hosting programs out there?
