Alissa Moreno's song Every Day was a big hit when performed by Rascal Flatts and was nominated for a Grammy as well as getting over half a million hits on Youtube.

We used some of the beautiful builds (Dresden Museum and Gardens of Da Vinci) in SL, avatars and props to give Alissa her very own music video.

In respect of gorgeous locations and a great selection of props to buy off the shelf, SL is a great platform and very cost effective, even though we are still limited by basic lip sync and animation modelling (e.g. hair cutting through your shoulders) amoungst other things.

Thanks to the owners of Dresden Museum and Gardens of Da Vinci for giving us full access and perms in your fantastic builds.

First Class movie clip.. well edited, produced and directed...

Isn't it about time the animators of SL created more piano playing animations? That one has been used in every piano I've ever seen in SL for years......

Great clip! And my thoughts exactly on the piano animation; we especially need one where the player isn't constantly staring at the keys. Ask me next week, I'll have one ready. :-)

Great Video, very cool the way you brought in the Dresden Gallery painting...and just very professional all around.

...and Dylan if you are working on musician animations...please consider a new series of guitar animations...it's really needed and I am certain it would sell well too.

You know like they have seating animations where you can control the position of the avatar so your feet aren't in the floor, or your arm isn't buried in the arm of the seat etc.... wouldn't that be a good asset for guitar animations etc... to be able to make adjustments of the animation to suit the avatars frame position.

I am playing with be able to stream mocap animations into sl to avatars from a library database... when SL is perhaps more settled and predictable, it should work well... in the meantime, we are focusing on doing this in our own platform.
