Due to a glitch at the Metaverse Awards we could not show our film honoring those of you who participate in SL and make Machinima. I'm proud to present it here in this forum for you.

That was a very cool movie, Phay... hopefully I'll get things straightened out and be able to come into SL more regularly; I miss talking with you and maybe you can give me some pointers for doing SL films.

Bye bye for now,

Great movie :)

I especially like the storyline and the way it really captures the spirit of SL and what it's actually like to be here.

The (excellent) camerawork was kind of ruined at times by the editing tho. You might want to hire a continuity editor or just take a lot more footage to play with.

Congrats! Even though it was nearly 8 minutes long, you managed to keep my wife's attention for the duration of your great little production! (which doesn't happen often)

Kudos! :)

gotta say, dont speed up your film to hide lag so much, its going anoyingly fast watching that kinda think like them laughing at 900 miles per hour. great song to start, random tears for fear song 1/2 way in .. lol

I hate to point out the obvious, but you didn't get the correlation between the song "Everybody Wants to Rule The World," and Second Life?

yeaaa... i did... guess it was more of the transition from those 2 songs which was odd. Or its just eveytime i hear that song i think of the Dennis leary show where he had that in his theme song and he was playing pool

Thanks for the kind words everyone!

I ran into it on somebody's myspace page the other day! Funny how these things get around.
