Cheapest mode to capturing video on a MAC OS 10.4.11

Hello All and sorry for bothering everyone!

I want to try capturing video for the first time and know movie to disc won't work. I see mentions of Frap and others and was wondering which software would be best to try for my Mac since I'm new to attempting video capture in SL. If you would be kind enough to point me in the right directions I'd appreciate it.

yeah I lovee IshowU. I like it wayyy better than Snapz. Or even the PC programs like Fraps. It lets you select the screen and tons of options for codecs, though I just stick with Apple Animation. And frame rate and mouse tracking and all this other stuff.
