Well, as I understand it the only option so far is Crazy Talk, but I'm of the anti-voice camp for SL, so it's not really a priority for my filmmaking. :)

I use the voice-in- head method or avoid face close ups. The Lindens say the will introduce voice soon, but not with lip movements. I find that I can usually get good audio along with a shot with Skype. The incoming audio from skype is put in the video with Fraps set th record sound. I don't know what happens with the Mac. But I also get audio files from the voice actors and mix with Audacity.
