We have just completed a short trailer for a Avatar Art contest hosted by KoinUp, which is due to start shortly. http://www.wba-advertising.com/koinup/koinuptrailer.htmlUsing purely a selection of still pictures as content, we added several techniques including, Ken Burns crop/pan/zoom/rotate, across the timeline, lip syncing from CrazyTalk Pro and video FX's. Music being re-editied from 3 tracks to create the underlying flow/tempo creator, which was mimiced in the 'beat' of the Ken Burns technique and in one sequence, the pulsing of the still picture.

very cool! my favorite effect was the pregnant belly with just the stomach pulsing and not the rest of her. Great job!

I used the Pinch/Punch effect across the timeline to match the beat of the music. With so many FX's available, its hard not to get carried away, I try and limit myself to relevant effects that add something to the content, and not simply produce endless eye candy.

I thought it was subtle enough - didn't go overboard for me
